Don’t forget! You can apply for grants twice a year. Grant submissions are due at the end of the first and third quarter of the school year.
Plan ahead! Funds for Fall grant winners available February 1st. Funds for Spring grant winners available July 1st.

Helpful tips to a successful grant:
Contact us! We are happy to navigate you through our grant application process. Call Terry Twedell or Rebecca Ketelsen to discuss your idea and what resources are available to you to grow your idea.
Share your idea! Coordinate and communicate your idea with other schools to create partnerships that will expand the number of children who benefit.
Gather Information! Besides required signatures, be sure to add key approval components such as a concise budget, detailed description and correlation to curriculum standards.
Check your timing and plan ahead! Grants are only awarded twice a year and funds are not available immediately. Plan to submit your grant 6-8 months before your project start date.
